What You’ll Do

Arrived is looking for a Head of Private Credit to join our Investments team, reporting to our VP of Investments, and playing a critical role in growing our private credit portfolio. You’ll spend your time generating and managing relationships with loan originators, supporting with loan tape reviews and due diligence, supporting with loan transactions, and ultimately helping build our long-term loan portfolio. Our Private Credit investment structures include direct loan purchases, flow agreements, and joint ventures, and you’ll support with every step of these partnerships.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across asset management, accounting, finance, operations, marketing, and investor relations to help increase our loan supply to meet the exceptionally high investor demand for our private credit products.

You’ll have a passion for Arrived’s mission of providing real estate investing accessibility to anyone, have expertise in the loan origination space, have built partnerships between financial services firms, and have a perspective on the credit markets. This is an opportunity to draw on your industry experience and apply it to a multifaceted role with influence over a large and growing investment product for the benefit of all investors. And the cherry on top - if you can help build operational infrastructure to manage these complex partnerships using your understanding of SQL and integrating systems like Salesforce and Coda.

You’re comfortable speaking the language of originators, assessing loan tapes and individual loans, providing credit insight to our investments team, building scalable analytical frameworks, and integrating data from purpose-built systems into repeatable, reliable processes. You enjoy acting as a Swiss army knife, flexing skills across all aspects of the credit ecosystem.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Generate, manage, and grow relationships with current and new origination partners
  • Manage our loan pipeline to ensure ample loan capacity for our private credit products; use information systems like Salesforce, Coda, and more to track our pipeline and portfolio
  • Work closely with our Finance, Underwriting, and Operations teams to help manage transactions, cash flow, and operational needs
  • Assist the Investments team with due diligence of originators, borrowers, and loans and support with loan selection
  • Optimize and balance a short-term credit portfolio to ensure investment objective alignment, mitigate risks through proactive strategic adjustments, and monitor investor AUM growth to ensure yield obligations are met
  • Analyze origination trends to support strategic initiatives, grow the deal pipeline, support with risk management, and improve efficiency
  • Conduct ad hoc investment research

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 7–10 years of experience in the private credit or asset management space, with exposure to real estate loans
  • Have a strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and loan documentation
  • Enjoy building relationships and have a strong network within the origination space
  • Have an ability to assess risk exposure and accurately articulate financial and risk analysis
  • Are fluent in tools like SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce
  • Have a point of view on the markets, interest rates, and the overall economy
  • Have experience with financial reporting and credit modeling
  • Have excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to build solutions that scale
  • Have a passion for real estate investing—and maybe even own (or want to own) rental properties yourself.
